Limited 1 Year Warranty
This Limited Warranty applies to the ILA Device and Service purchased from
BY PURCHASING OR USING YOUR ILA PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO THIS WARRANTY. PLEASE READ AND SAVE A COPY FOR YOUR RECORDS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THIS WARRANTY, DO NOT USE YOUR ILA PRODUCT AND RETURN IT UNUSED FOR A REFUND. IF YOU RETURN IT, THIS WARRANTY WILL GOVERN WHAT OCCURS BEFORE YOUR RETURN.
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, TranslateLive LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
The Warranty Period for the ILA Pro purchased from TranslateLive is Three Years from the date of purchase.
A replacement ILA or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original ILA purchase or 180 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

We offer a full money-back guarantee on the ILA Pro and ILA Unlimited. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of delivery of your purchase.
After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.
